Vancouver
Upon arrival at Vancouver Airport, transfer independently to your hotel where you will settle for the next three nights. Known for its lush parks, scenic waterfront and iconic skyline, the city offers something for every traveller. Some of the key attractions include Stanley Park, Granville Island, Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain. If time allows, why not take a ferry or floatplane across the Strait of Georgia to Vancouver Island and visit Victoria?

Yellowknife
This morning, head to Vancouver Airport for your internal flight up to Yellowknife. Upon arrival, you will be met by a representative and transferred to your hotel. After getting settled, you will depart with your guide to Aurora Village for your first evening of Aurora viewing. Located away from the city lights and on high ground, the views are unsurpassed.

Yellowknife
In addition to your nightly viewing at Aurora Village, your holiday will include a city tour of Yellowknife where you will learn about the city’s early beginnings from the gold rush to its deeply rooted Indigenous culture. Highlights of this experience include the Legislative Assembly, the Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Center, as well as a scenic drive on the frozen Dettah Ice Road (ice permitting).

Yellowknife
From November to March, you can include additional experiences during your holiday such as dogsledding and snowshoeing. You can embark on a traditional sled for an exciting ride through the wooded trails or you can experience a cultural snowshoe experience on a guided walk. You will then head for your final northern lights viewing at Aurora Village.

Vancouver
After checking out of your Yellowknife hotel, you will be transferred to the airport for your internal flight back to Vancouver. Based on your flight times, you will have the morning at leisure to wander around the streets of Yellowknife for some last-minute sightseeing or shopping. Arrive in Vancouver and transfer independently to your hotel for your final night. Why not treat yourself to a dinner at a waterfront restaurant?

Fly Home
Today marks the last day of your Canadian holiday. Based on your flight times, you will have the remainder of the day visit and explore all the sites you did not have time to discover at the start of your holiday. Fly Over Canada and the Vancouver Aquarium are also great experiences to keep you entertained before making your way to Vancouver Airport for your return flight home.
